• All lab-grown diamonds/gemstones and natural gold jewellery are accompanied by relevant certification (IGI/GIA, BIS Hallmark) as applicable, confirming authenticity.
• Prices are subject to change based on prevailing gold rates, diamond/gemstone prices, and applicable taxes, without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Gauri Jewellers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).
• Full payment (or applicable advance, for customized orders) is required at the time of order placement, unless COD is selected where available.
• We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways to process online payments. Gauri Jewellers does not store your card details.

Shipping, return, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by our respective Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Gold jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects for 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to normal wear and tear exclusions.
• Diamond/gemstone jewellery certification confirms authenticity and grading; any change in stone setting, size, or design after purchase (outside our service) will void applicable warranty.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

• Gauri Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
